As more training methods become increasingly functional and sports specific, Jordan Fitness, as functional fitness specialists, offer a variety of products suitable for this type of activity. For example, Jordan plyometric platforms can help improve and develop explosive power, leg strength and dynamic balance for increased athletic performance.
The platforms can be used together and by varying the spacing this will add or reduce difficulty. The use of a variety of heights will also increase or decrease exercise intensity levels.
Jordan plyometric platforms are available in three sizes: Small (H 350mm), Medium (H 500mm) and Large (H 650mm). Each has a non-slip platform and can be stacked when not in use. They have a heavy duty oval frame construction which provides a stable exercise base. Each platform has wheels for portability. The small platform can be used for step ups while the medium size is very versatile and can be used for a variety of activities. The large platform is ideal for performing jumps.
