The Spring Wall™ from STOTT PILATES provides diverse programming options in a cost-effective, space-saving unit that facilitates exercises similar to a Cadillac or Wall Unit.
It’s ideal for private training or group workouts. The Spring Wall offers the elite athlete an intense overall workout, and is also suitable for rehab clients and the de-conditioned user. Exercises can be done standing, kneeling, sitting, side-lying, supine or prone. You can also place a Raised Mat, Pilates Edge™, Stability Ball or low-model Reformer against it for additional exercise variations.
This wall-mounted, versatile piece of equipment features ten height options for attaching springs or resistance tubing. The backbone of this unique unit is a sturdy backing board constructed of Baltic Birch with numbered eyehooks studded down its length.
The Spring Wall comes equipped with a full complement of springs, handles and a roll-down bar engineered for strenuous exercise. The nickel-plated, heat-treated springs ensure the durability and integrity over time.
