The Sport 9.0 Stage I set replaces the need for 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells with weight increments of 1kg-22.5kg per hand. Finally, the Sport 9.0 Stage III kit takes the dumbbell system up to a maximum of 59kg per hand in a further 9 weight increments. At this stage III, the Sport 9.0 is replacing the need to have 37 different pairs of traditional dumbbells.
