Lebanese health club chain, Fitness Zone, has marked its international expansion with the launch of a site on the famous City Walk in Dubai, UAE.
Fitness Zone City Walk Dubai, which opened its doors on 31 May, is the company's sixth club.
All other five of its sites are located in Lebanon.
The Dubai club features a large gym floor and offers members an extensive programme of group exercise workouts, with more than 200 classes per month.
Classes range from Les Mills programming and yoga to Pilates, CrossFit and dance, as well as martial arts and indoor cycling.
The first Fitness Zone was launched in Hamra, Beirut, in 2010, followed by a second location in Baabda, Mount Lebanon, in 2012 and a third in Kaslik, Keserwan, in 2014.
The chain had grown steadily since launching, but after opening a club in Manara, Beirut, in 2019, it put new openings on hold during to the early stages of the pandemic.
It's now looking to return to growing its portfolio across the region.
"We're focused on expanding our reach across Lebanon and the MENA region in the years to come," Fitness Zone said.
