Starting today (25 March 2020) the American Council on Exercise (ACE) is launching a series of free webinars for fitness professionals to give them the opportunity to gain insights into the latest strategies and tools for running remote workouts.

The move comes as the coronavirus is driving health and fitness operators to pivot to digital in a rush to maintain connections with customers.

A panel of online-exercise experts will share best practice in creating engaging virtual workouts:

The first webinar – Expert insights on how to deliver an online exercise session: one-to-one and group – will take place from 9.00am - 9.45am PST (4.00pm - 4.45pm GMT) on Wednesday 25 March 2020.

In the ACE line up, will be:

Anthony Wall
ACE director of international business development and former master trainer and programme developer for Les Mills Bootcamp and Les Mills Spartan.

Michael Piercy
Owner-founder of The LAB and an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach. Piercy's one-on-one mobile training programme is customisable and offers clients access to an online dashboard to track success.

Shana Verstegen
ACE master trainer and the fitness director at Supreme Health and Fitness. Verstegen regularly leads 30-day online challenges that feature weekly workouts, recipes, accountability tracking and incorporates My Fitness Pal app and prizes.
