Fitness First opens Dubai training club
POSTED 20 Jun 2017 . BY Deven Pamben
Fitness First Mudon has been designed with a focus on fitness programmes
Fitness First Middle East has opened an athletics-inspired club which focuses on fitness programmes in Mudon, Dubai.

Training facilities include a fully-equipped cardio theatre, an outdoor functional training zone and a swimming pool.

The Mudon club is the first in the region to have a Kube Wall, which features a rip ropes and straps class, which is an intensive 30-minute workout that focuses on total body conditioning and interval training.

The club offers group exercise classes, including Charge, which optimises metabolic rate and boosts post-workout calorie burning. There is a mind and body studio that offers power yoga, flow yoga and other sessions.

Fitness First Mudon also caters for youngsters, with a Sportzone for basketball, cricket and football, among other sports.

George Flooks, Fitness First chief operating officer, said: “We are delighted to be presenting this innovative, athletics inspired club to the region, which provides an unprecedented new meaning to the word gym. Mudon is like no other club and we are looking forward to welcoming members to show them how this gym stands out from the crowd and can propel you to new levels of fitness.”

Fitness First Middle East has 67 clubs across 51 locations in the Middle East.
