Xercise4Less launches specialised training programmes
POSTED 10 Feb 2014 . BY Kath Hudson
Xercise4Less is encouraging members to Eat Clean Train Dirty
Budget gym operator, Xercise4Less, is attempting to differentiate itself from the other low cost chains by launching its Eat Clean Train Dirty project to help members achieve results.

This project includes the launch of four six-week training programmes which cover the main goals for members wanting to join the gym: Get Strong, Get Ripped, Get Fit, Get Trim and Get Toned.

Members can buy the programmes in club for £1.49 or online for 99p. A book of diet plans, healthy recipes and informative articles is also available.

This is the first time the operator has offered any training or nutritional programmes outside of PT. Xercise4Less CEO, Jon Wright says: “The book and the training programmes are great value for money and offer members some invaluable knowledge on the best exercises to carry out in the gym. Supplying these programmes means members don’t have to fork out a massive amount of money to understand nutrition and fitness.”
