A million members to vote for club awards
POSTED 14 Dec 2012 . BY Tom Walker
Clubs can now sign up for the 3rd annual Members' Choice Health Club Awards in partnership with Health Club Management.

Since their inception in 2011 the awards have captured the imagination of both clubs and members with winners being selected purely on ratings from members.

More than 1 million health club members are expected to have the chance to take part in 2013. The awards are open to all private health clubs, gyms and leisure centres in the UK and are free to enter (although there's a £199 fee payable if clubs reach the shortlist stage of the competition).

The competition provides a host of benefits including a confidential customer feedback report; a readymade local marketing campaign; a staff incentive scheme and a regional and national benchmarking tool.

As well as recognising clubs in 12 regions around the UK the competition will highlight the efforts of individual members of staff in a category called the People Awards.

Entry to the awards is now open and will run until 31 January 2013. Voting will be live from 1 February 2013.

The annual awards gala night will again take place during LIW in September. Visit www.healthclubawards.co.uk to find out more.
