GramercyOne launches free GoSuite package for SMEs
POSTED 27 Oct 2011 . BY Tom Walker
Cloud-based business management software provider GramercyOne has launched GoSuite, a free booking and marketing tool aimed at small and medium-sized service businesses.

Unveiled at the Street Fight Summit in New York City yesterday, GoSuite includes two products - GoBook and GoPromote - which have been designed to cater for a number of service providers from dance studios to personal trainers and tutors.

The cloud-based software allows companies to book appointments online, manage customers and promote deals across all their social networks.

GoBook provides companies with an online appointment book and the ability to offer online, mobile and Facebook booking to consumers. It also provides tools for managing customer records and profiles, as well as a real-time dashboard for tracking total appointments and revenue, top customers and conversion rates.

Meanwhile, GoPromote allows businesses to develop their own specials and deals, promote them easily through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare, and then track inbound customers to see which campaigns and platforms are most effective.

GramercyOne CEO Josh McCarter said: "GoSuite makes it as easy to book and promote a service online as it is to sell a product. It enables small business owners to spend less time on operations and more time focusing on their customers and growing their business."

GramercyOne, which also offers the cloud-based Booker platform, last week secured US$14.5m (€10m, £9m) in funding from a group of investors led by Revolution Ventures.

GramercyOne was formed in 2010 as a spin out from spa industry marketing company SpaFinder, with the intention of growing the business and its products into other service-based vertical markets.

All Booker products offer online, mobile, and social booking, real-time business management software, tools for capturing customers through social commerce, group buying and mobile and local advertising.
