The new £11m Evesham Leisure Centre in Worcestershire is scheduled to open on 7 September.
Paul Middlebrough, leader of Wychavon District Council, said: "This is a brilliant facility for the residents of Evesham and surrounding areas. We've made a big investment in the town and having seen the facilities first hand I know residents will agree that it will be a great asset for them."
The new facility will offer residents a 25-metre swimming pool and a studio pool with a moveable floor to change the depth of the water to suit either aqua aerobics or swimming.
Rivers Fitness Room will accommodate more than 100 workstations, complemented by two exercise studios, a four-court sports hall and a climbing wall.
Health suite facilities will include a spa pool, a sauna and a steamroom, in addition to a beauty salon offering a range of treatments.
Andy Dyke, council chair, added: "The new leisure centre is as spectacular on the inside as it is on the outside. The design is really user friendly. It has something for everybody, whether popping in for a coffee and meeting with friends, having fun in the pool or dance studios, or serious body exercise.
