A 27,000sq ft wellness facility has opened in Luxembourg's GRID X mixed-used destination development
UK design firm Zynk delivered the interior architecture and brand identity for Koru Health Club
Facilities include a gym, personal training studio, basketball court, café and spa
“The design reflects a broader industry shift toward delivering holistic environments,” says Zynk’s Stavros Theodoulou

Koru Health Club launched recently within Luxembourg’s multi-experience destination, GRID X, which combines culture, retail and hospitality. The club combines high-end sports facilities with a strong sense of community in an ultra-modern space.

UK-based interior designers, Zynk, delivered the interior architecture and brand identity for the 27,000sq ft club. The vision was to create a premium fitness and wellness destination that blends high-performance training with restorative experiences to create a lifestyle-led experience.

“This project reflects a clear shift in fitness design towards holistic wellness environments rather than purely performance-led gyms,” says Zynk founder, Stavros Theodoulou. “It’s part of a wider trend where gyms are becoming multi-functional lifestyle spaces – designed not only for workouts, but also for how people feel before, during and after being there.”

Facilities comprise a large main gym floor, a personal training studio, a  basketball court, a mezzanine-level café overlooking the gym floor, premium changing suites, private treatment rooms and a spa.

Pola Giorgetti, CEO of Koru Health Club, says:  “Customers truly enjoy using the space. It feels distinctive and in harmony with the energy of the GRID X development. We're very proud of what we have created together.”
