SC Fitness celebrates milestone moment of 100 gyms

SC Fitness has reached a milestone of 100 gyms across Portugal and Czechia
Its portfolio includes 35 Solinca clubs and 65 Element Gyms
The operator serves more than 200,000 members and employs around 1,000 staff

Portugal’s leading operator, SC Fitness, is celebrating a milestone by reaching 100 gyms. 

The company now has 35 Solinca gyms in Portugal, 52 Element Gyms in Portugal, and 13 Element Gyms in Czechia.

“This is a very special milestone for SC Fitness and for everyone who is part of this story,” the company announced on Linkedin. “We have reached a scale that reflects the growth, ambition and strength of SC Fitness.

“More than just numbers, this milestone represents dedicated teams, members who place their trust in us every day, and a mission that continues to drive us: making fitness more accessible and present in the lives of more people.”

SC Fitness was founded in Porto, Portugal in 2002 and is owned by SC Investments. It serves more than 200,000 members and employs 1,000 people.

With the aim of making fitness accessible, Solinca is a full-service concept while Element is a fully-digital, low-cost concept.

The offering includes women-only areas, Hyrox, group workouts, yoga and Pilates, HIIT, indoor cycling and swimming pools.
