Green Spa Network announces 2019 Summit

Green Spa Network, has announced its upcoming Self-care and Personal Sustainability Summit, which will take place from 1-3 December 2020 in Massachusetts.
Green Spa Network (GSN) has announced its upcoming Self-care and Personal Sustainability Summit, which will take place from 1-3 December 2019, at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Massachusetts, US.

The workshop is designed to bring the wellness community together with a programme consisting of lectures, yoga, emotional release work, breathwork, aromatherapy, and hands-on adjustments with live music, movement and meditation.

The programme will explore CBD, green beauty, the future of blue beauty and take a deep dive into the biological implications of the average American diet.

Wellness experts presenting a the summit will include Joanna Roche, GSNPlanet executive director and certified vibrational sound therapist; Heather Mikesell, executive editor of American Spa magazine and Jeannie Jarnot, founder of healthy beauty product retailer, Beauty Heroes.

Yoga instructors Terry Shay Walsh and Lynn Beiger, will also be speaking, as well as Mickaela Grace, founder of the Graceline Institute – a Massachusetts-based educational foundation with a curriculum focused on emotional intelligence, healthy living and meditation.
