Core Health & Fitness promotes Duncan Black to new European role
POSTED 17 Nov 2016 . BY Tom Walker
Black will be responsible for both the UK and Western European sales teams
Fitness equipment supplier Core Health & Fitness has promoted industry veteran Duncan Black to the newly created role of Western European channel manager.

In his new post, Black will be directly responsible for both Core Health’s UK direct sales team and the management of distributors in Western Europe.

Black – whose career in the fitness industry spans 34 years and includes stints at Escape and Life Fitness – has spent the past three years at Core Health & Fitness as EMEA account manager.

John Gamble, Core Health’s EMEA managing director said: “The appointment brings together the skills that Duncan developed during his 10 years of direct sales team management at Life Fitness UK and his more recent extensive knowledge of distributor support and management.”

Core Health & Fitness – with brands such as Star Trac, StairMaster, Schwinn and Nautilus – is the world’s fifth largest marketer and distributor of commercial fitness products to health clubs and leisure centres.
