California's Great America in Santa Clara has debuted its world-first 4D holographic experience based on the popular Mass Effect videogame series. Teaming up with Electronic Arts (EA) and Bioware on the project, the dynamic new attraction at Great America is an immersive experience, combining real-life actors with strong theming, motion seating, sound technology and other 4D experiences. Opened in the newly-renovated Action Theatre, the attraction sends guests through space to a distant planet where they face off against Mass Effect's signature adversaries in a battle for the universe. BioWare and EA have been actively involved in the project, helping to produce its CGI visuals. | | | | |
