Fitness software specialist Refer-all bolsters team with new recruits

Refer-all, the software solutions specialist for exercise referrals, has added two new staff member to its customer support and integration teams.

New chief support officer Hannah Bacon has been tasked with ensuring the company provides clients with fast and efficient service. Alongside managing the support desk, Bacon will provide insights from Refer-all’s clients to help maintain a strong focus on usability and simplicity in product development.

Meanwhile, Bill Smith has been recruited to link the company’s growing number of software partners to its Refer-all platform. As integrations manager, Smith is working with key partners such as Life Fitness LF Connect, FitBug and Quality Medical Solutions. Smith is also overseeing development of Refer-all’s new user interface, which is being designed to benefit exercise referral scheme administrators, as well as health and fitness professionals.

“Our recent appointments are a response to the continued exponential growth of interest in efficient and appropriate exercise referral software solutions,” said Refer-all commercial director Stuart Stokes.

“As a company, we have always focused on providing an excellent user experience. both through client support and user interface so our clients can concentrate on crucial patient care throughout the exercise referral experience.”
