Fitness equipment supplier Precor has recruited Adam Cracknell for the role of internal sales rep, supporting the regional field sales reps.
Cracknell, previously a site manager for an interior design company, brings a wealth of experience having worked across large-scale office installations and new build projects. He also served in the Royal Marines for six years and is a fitness enthusiast who has worked as a personal trainer over the last two years in his spare time, offering military-style circuit training.
“Working as a PT has enabled me to share my appetite for exercise and the training I received in the Royal Marines has given me that will to achieve and the ‘never quit’ mentality, which I aim to instill in everyone I train,” said Cracknell, who will be based at Precor’s head office in Frimley, Surrey.
“As fitness is my passion, coupled with my site manager experience, it was a natural progression for me to work with a leading fitness company and I feel extremely fortunate to have joined Precor.”
As well as training clients, Cracknell spends his free time competing in running events – from 10k runs to Ultra Marathons – and has also qualified for the Reebok Spartan World Championships, which will be held this year in Lake Tahoe, California.
