GYM MK back in business after equipment overhaul
POSTED 26 Jun 2014 . BY Jak Phillips
As part of Cybex’s full service offering, GYM MK also received marketing support for the design, production and installation of onsite branding and artwork
GYM MK, part of the arts and leisure facilities based at Stantonbury Campus, Milton Keynes, has re-opened following a £150,000 refurbishment.

The new gym is home to 22 pieces from the 600 series, Cybex’s value-packed line of cardio equipment designed to suit all users and training abilities. The kit includes treadmills, bikes and Arc Trainers.

Equipment from the VR1 and VR3 selectorised strength lines were also installed, plus plate-loaded smith press, benches, dumbbells and functional training equipment from Jordan Fitness, as well as the Bravo Functional Trainer.

“The Bravo and Arc Trainers have already proven very popular with our members and in choosing Cybex, we’ve developed a real USP for the gym as no other fitness equipment manufacturer can offer these innovative, standout pieces of equipment,” said Tony Porter, fitness manager for Stantonbury.

The mid-market gym, which is independently operated by Stantonbury Campus offers membership from £29.50 per month for full access to the gym, fitness classes and swimming pool, as well as special offers to the campuses Theatre and Entertainment programme.

As part of Cybex’s full service offering, GYM MK also received marketing support for the design, production and installation of onsite branding and artwork throughout the gym.
