Scarborough's Crown Spa targets further glory after Grand Prix gold award
POSTED 13 Dec 2013 . BY Jak Phillips
The award-winning Crown team with Leisure Media MD Liz Terry
Scarborough's Crown Spa Health Club has set its sights on further glory at the 2014 Members’ Choice Health Club Awards, by building on the feedback from its 2013 success.

Far from resting on its laurels after winning a Grand Prix gold at this year's awards, the club is working hard to further maximise its members' fitness experience.

All clubs shortlisted for the Health Club Awards automatically receive a detailed Member Feedback Report.

"The feedback received has been invaluable," says health club & spa manager Stuart Russell.

"It highlighted the need to improve our class booking procedure and provide better online access, so we've invested in a new online booking facility from EZ-Runner. Members can now book classes and treatments online and view all their account details.”

The Members’ Choice Health Club Award was based on votes from 380 of the club's own members, who rated Crown Spa on the quality of its facilities, customer service and value for money.

“We’re absolutely delighted to have won this award. It means so much to all the staff as it’s voted for by the members, which makes it extra special," adds Russell.

The annual Members’ Choice Health Club Awards are operated in partnership with the Leisure Media Company. To enter next year's competition, go to www.healthclubawards.co.uk
