Isle of Man launches athletes excellence programme

Double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes has launched the Isle of Man Sporting Excellence programme ahead of the 2014 Commonwealth games.
Delivered by Kelly Holmes Education, the programme brings together the Isle of Man Sport, the Isle of Man Coaches Association and the Isle of Man Commonwealth Games Association.
A workforce of specialist tutors, mentors and speakers will deliver a series of educational workshops designed to help athletes improve their performances at Glasgow 2014.
The scheme is supported by three of the Island's most well-known businesses Creechurch Capital, Microgaming and SMP Partners. Their funding has allowed for more than 50 athletes and 30 coaches from a range of disciplines to take part.
Global luxury hospitality brand, Six Senses, has partnered with longevity healthcare provider,
HUM2N, to launch a clinic at Six Senses London, at The Whiteley.
Premium London health club, KX Chelsea, will imminently unveil its most significant
redevelopment since its launch in 2002 to create an integrated wellness model combining
training, recovery and relaxation.
