The PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Set is the top model in the Sport Series range. The Sport 9.0 is a component dumbbell system allowing the user to expand the set as their strength training needs change.

The Sport 9.0 Stage I set replaces the need for 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells with weight increments of 1kg-22.5kg per hand. To add more weight, the user can purchase a Stage II kit which is a further set of plates giving the ability to train up to 41kg per hand in an additional 12 weight increments.

Finally, the Sport 9.0 Stage III kit takes the dumbbell system up to a maximum of 59kg per hand in a further 9 weight increments. At this stage III, the Sport 9.0 is replacing the need to have 37 different pairs of traditional dumbbells.
