FTE: Full Time (40 hours a week)

Hertfordshire Sports Village is a busy and vibrant facility servicing students, staff and the local community. Delivering a first class service is our number one priority and as a single site operation we value, invest in and listen to our staff to ensure our customers remain happy and return to use again and again.

As Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of our fantastic, world class, facilities. A PFI contract manages the FM, leaving you and your capable, pro-active team to deliver a welcoming service to each and every customer. Our operation is exciting and varied, from delivery of student sport, through to the planning and delivery of prestigious national and international events.

What we’d like from you:
* A passion and ability to delivering service excellence.
* A contagious positivity and enthusiasm to consistently make our operation the best in the country through strong team management.
* An attention to detail to ensure every customer contact is consistently exceptional.
* Previous experience of managing a large wet and dry facility with a proactive and open minded approach to health and safety
* A recognised degree or NVQ 4 qualification in leisure management or related subject, event management experience and a health and safety qualification as a minimum.
