Greg Sellar is embarking on a 10-date national tour in the first of JUMPYBUMPY’s new JUMPSTART Series of educational workshops and events for fitness professionals.

The REPs-accredited four-hour workshop features the BOSU Ballast Ball, pump fx, body conditioning and abdominal training classes.
