Clubs are recognising the need to offer wellness and recovery services to meet the growing expectation of members
– Mark Lowder, Vice President of International Sales |
HydroMassage is now WellnessSpace Brands, featuring a suite of three wellness and recovery experiences. Joining the HydroMassage Beds and Lounges are two new, innovative amenities which in combination or individually helps to increase club revenues and provide physical recovery and mental wellness solutions for members.
RelaxSpace Wellness Pods offer a unique, multisensory experience and mental wellness break from stressful, hectic lifestyles. CryoLounge+ Chairs focus more on performance and recovery. While heat packs, ice packs, and cold tubs are staples of most training rooms, neither are practical in a fitness club. The CryoLounge+ was developed to be a smarter solution; combining cold, heat, and compression in one product. HydroMassage Lounges and Beds provide a personalized full body heated water massage All three recovery and wellness products do not require staff to operate or manage and are free from human touch.
The most successful clubs set up The WellnessSpace, with multiple units in a semi-private room for members to relax and de-stress.
Mark Lowder, Vice President of International Sales at HydroMassage, said: "We are excited to introduce these products to the UK. We have seen a significant increase in the awareness of members of the importance of wellness and recovery.
"With this, clubs are beginning to recognize the need to offer wellness and recovery services to meet this growing expectation of members.
"Wellness and recovery will become just as important to clubs as other areas such as cardio and strength."
