Stretching and fitness chain Topstretching has opened a large gym and studio on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE.

The 25,000sq ft, high-end Topgym club forms part of the Russia-based company's expansion plans for the Middle East and follows the successful launch of its first Dubai studio in Dubai Marina.

Topstretching has partnered with Technogym for the club, with the equipment giant supplying the exercise kit for the project – including more than 70 pieces of its New Generation line.

Facilities at Topgym Dubai include five training zones – consisting of cardio, freestyle, strength, free weights, HIIT, and TRX.

There is also a 4,000sq ft, outdoor callisthenics and functional training area, as well as an outdoor running track.

Topgym will have a focus on group classes, offering at least 30 mini-group sessions every day. Classes include Aerostretching, Split School, TRX, Technogym Group Cycle, Cardio Boxing, Kids Gymnastics and Hot Stretching. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There are a number of membership options available, ranging from monthly gym-only passes (AED524, £115, US$143) and exercise class packages to annual, all-inclusive membership covering both gym access and unlimited group exercise classes (AED5,596, £1,224, US$1,523).
