Italian restaurant group Etrusca Restaurants is launching an authentic patisserie café and bakery in Belsize Village, north London. La Paletta di Artigiano, which opens in mid February, will offer traditional Italian cheesecakes, pralines and mille fuilles as well as freshly baked speciality breads. Situated next to Etrusca's Artigiano restaurant, the 35-seat patisserie café will also sell gourmet coffees and Italian delicacies, all of which will be available for delivery throughout Britain. Etrusca, handed down to brothers Enzo and Piero Quaradeghini in 1993 by their father, has nine London restaurants including Il Convivio in Belgravia and Perc%nto in the City.
