An inflatable ball that literally lets the user walk on water is being launched into the UK at Leisure Industry Week.
With Waterwalkerz, users - who can remain fully clothed during the experience - are able to walk, run, roll, flip and spin in a 2m diameter sphere which can best be described as a human hamster ball.
Claimed to be safe for all ages from toddlers upwards and with a riding time limited to five minutes, the balls are made from a very strong material called TPU Polyether and users . The balls can be customised with any logo, design or colour.
The Waterwalkerz company plans on getting them into UK theme parks, holiday centres, swimming pools and beach fronts as soon as possible.
Angus Lancaster, 29, who is spearheading the Waterwalkerz campaign and launch in the UK says: "Waterwalkerz are already very popular in Japan, South Korea and China and I am very excited by the possibilities for Waterwalkerz in the UK.
"I'm delighted with the interest that we have already had."
