| Internet Retailing Expo on 21-22 March |

Aimed at multichannel and ecommerce retailers, Internet Retailing Expo (IRX) takes place on 21-22 March at the NEC in Birmingham.
IRX is the only opportunity to blend marketing with technology, logistics with customer-facing design and mobile with in-store experience.
The show will feature four free-to-attend conferences; a programme of hands-on workshops; the Innovation Pavilion incorporating demonstrations on the latest products and services; and many networking opportunities.
In addition, there will be an expo of more than 150 leading suppliers - marketing, operations, technology, payments, checkout, mobile, logistics, marketplaces, display and store and much, much more.
The four conferences are:
- Fast Track, which focuses on getting businesses up and running quickly across all channels;
- Enterprise, which is for people already selling online and larger enterprises who are already very capable and successful - but who want even more;
- Mobile Retailing, which looks at customer behaviour and research, industry trends and triggers to selling on the mobile via social, apps, integration and data;
- Customer Experience, which considers how to create a rounded, integrated view of the customers' experience, how to shape and to exploit this.
