West Sussex company White Line Services has recently completed refurbishment work at the Spenborough Athletics Stadium in Liversedge, Yorkshire, UK.
The company undertakes a variety of tasks including track cleaning as well as athletics tracks and sports surfacing repair in addition to its line marking service.
At the stadium, the entire track was cleaned using a high pressure Aquavac machine, which clears the track of grime and dirt one lane at a time while sections of the track were also repaired such as the starting area for sprint events.
Furthermore, the pole vault area that had been rendered unusable for the past two years was also resurfaced, allowing a full programme of events to again take place.
Established 30 years ago, White Line Services' projects include cleaning the Crystal Palace track before the 2008 London Grand Prix meeting and the 400m indoor Olympic Oval in Salt Lake City, Utah, US.
