Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management has partnered with ClubWise in order to launch a new front-of-house membership system at all nine of its Park Inn-based facilities.
The system allows customers to sign up for a gym membership online, while the direct debit details are simultaneously set up in the club's management system to reduce process errors.
It also provides a solution in which customers can be kept informed of latest news and offers at Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management-run facilities.
Steve Bambury, the operator's head of energy and hotels, said: "This new system is quicker, more consistent and more streamlined for both our staff and members."
