Renowned chef Gordon Ramsay is to export his particular brand of fine dining to Dubai by opening a new restaurant in one of the city's newest hotels. The restaurant is located at the Hilton Dubai Creek hotel and comes after some months of negotiations. Ramsay has assembled his 'brigade' to oversee the 65-cover restaurant, including Angela Hartnett as executive chef, and Jason Atherton as head chef. The restaurant will also provide room service for the 154-suite hotel. Ramsay, already owns Gordon Ramsay and Aubergine in London and is the only London restaurateur to have been awarded four Michelin stars. The hotel is due to open in the autumn.
