Irish-born chef and restaurateur, Conrad Gallagher, has opened a restaurant and lounge in Shaftesbury Avenue, London. The eponymous restaurant serves modern Irish food cooked with fresh 'high quality and robust' ingredients, offering a variety of different set menus and wines. The 170-cover restaurant is decorated in a dark chocolate colour scheme, with an open kitchen, based on the concept of a chef's table, where customers can enjoy a menu served to them by the chefs themselves.
