The Bombay Brasserie and Quilon restaurants have been invited by Harrods to host a food stall for its India Promotion in the world-renowned Harrods Food Hall. The restaurants, both of which are owned by the Taj Group will exhibit at Harrods from 23 July to 27 August, with up to 40 dishes being made available, all prepared daily with fresh herbs and spices. On offer will be a variety of starters, main courses, rice and desserts all for Harrods customers to take home. In addition, the executive chef, Vikram Sunderam of the Bombay Brasserie will be cooking on the premises in Harrods' own fourth floor restaurant - The Georgian from 23 July to 27 July, serving a mixture of traditional and modern dishes.
