Richard Caborn, the new Minister for Sport has committed another public relations error, this time during his visit to the Wimbledon tennis championships. Caborn, who was widely criticised for his inability to answer sporting trivia on a Radio 5 programme shortly after his appointment last month, admitted he was 'not keen' on tennis in an attempt to avoid answering questions about British tennis players. Caborn reiterated his dedication to increasing participation levels among children, and announced further government funding to improve co-operation between independent and state schools.
